What is Cloud Phone?
Cloud Phone gives each of your brand profiles a dedicated mobile environment in the cloud. Posts publish from a real mobile surface, so you can scale to multiple profiles without buying multiple physical phones. Available on Growth and above. You approve every post before it goes live.
What's a brand profile?
A brand profile is one identity (a niche, tone, and set of connected social accounts) you want Audenci to manage. Solo creators usually have one. If you build multiple personas or manage a couple of personal brands, higher tiers give you more.
What are AI credits used for?
Credits power AI actions — drafting posts, carousels, captions, reply suggestions, and your daily review. Each action costs a small number of credits. Exact usage is shown inside the product.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you downgrade from a plan with Cloud Phone, assigned Cloud Phones are released back to the pool.
What's included in priority AI generation?
On Scale and above, your AI requests run through a faster queue — useful when you need drafts quickly or are generating in bulk. Other plans use a standard queue that still handles normal daily work without issue.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes, with a meaningful discount of roughly 2 months off. Reach out or pick yearly at checkout.
Do I need to add a card to sign up?
No card required to create an account and try the product with your bonus credits. You only add a card when you pick a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
