By submitting content, you grant Audenci a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User-Generated Content in connection with Audenci's services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User-Generated Content that you submit.
Certain features of Audenci may require payment or subscription ("Paid Services"). If you choose to access Paid Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms.
