Brand Assets & Style Management
Manage brand assets including logos, color palettes, fonts, image templates, and ensure on-brand content with style enforcement.
Brand Asset Library
Centralized library for brand assets: Logos (primary, alternate, icon), Color palettes (with hex codes), Font files and names, Image templates (post templates, story templates), Video intros/outros, Brand graphics and icons, Legal disclaimers. Ensure team uses approved assets.

Logo Management
Upload and organize logos: Primary logo (main brand mark), Alternate logos (light/dark versions), Icon/favicon, Partner/sponsor logos. Store in multiple formats: PNG (transparency), SVG (scalable), JPG (compatibility). Team can easily find and use correct logo version.
Color Palette
Define brand color palette: Primary colors (main brand colors), Secondary colors (supporting palette), Accent colors (highlights, CTAs), Neutral colors (backgrounds, text). Include: Color name, Hex code, RGB values, Usage guidelines. AI can reference palette when generating images.
Limit palette to 5-7 colors for consistency. Too many colors dilute brand recognition.
Typography
Document typography standards: Primary font (headings, titles), Secondary font (body text), Font weights (regular, bold, etc.), Font sizes (hierarchy), Line height and spacing. Upload font files for use in image templates.
Image Templates
Create reusable image templates: Social post templates (1080x1080, 1080x1350, 1920x1080), Story templates (1080x1920), Cover image templates, Profile picture templates. Templates include: Brand elements (logo, colors, fonts), Placeholder areas for content, Text positioning guides.
Style Enforcement
Enforce brand consistency: Flag off-brand colors in images, Warn when non-approved fonts detected, Require logo placement in posts, Check image dimensions match templates, Validate color contrast for accessibility. Style enforcement prevents brand inconsistency.
Style enforcement is suggestions, not hard blocks. Reviewers can override for special cases.
Brand Guidelines Document
Comprehensive brand guidelines covering: Logo usage (do's and don'ts), Color palette with examples, Typography rules, Image style (photography, illustration), Voice and tone, Content themes, Social media specifics. Link guidelines from asset library for easy reference.
Asset Version Control
Track asset versions over time: Version 1.0 (original), Version 2.0 (rebrand), Version 2.1 (minor update). Archive old versions but keep accessible. Mark current version clearly. Prevent team from using outdated assets.
Asset Usage Tracking
See which assets are used where: Logo used in 234 posts, Template A used in 45 Instagram posts, Color #E85D6A used in 89% of content. Identify popular assets and unused assets to archive.
Partner & Co-Branding Assets
Manage partner logos and guidelines: Partner logos and approved usage, Co-branding templates, Legal requirements (sizing, placement), Expiration dates (sponsorship periods). Ensure partner branding meets both brand guidelines.
