Credit Management & Billing

Credits power AI features in Audenci. Each AI operation (content generation, image creation, video generation) costs credits. All plans include monthly credits, and you can purchase additional credits as needed.

Audenci offers 4 subscription tiers:

• Starter ($49/mo): 100 posts, 200 credits, 2 social accounts, 5 GB storage
• Growth ($149/mo): 500 posts, 1,000 credits, 5 accounts, 25 GB storage
• Scale ($399/mo): 2,000 posts, 5,000 credits, unlimited accounts, 100 GB storage
• Enterprise (custom): Unlimited posts, custom credits, unlimited accounts, unlimited storage

AI Content Generation: Post generation (2 credits), Content plan per post (2 credits), Chat message (1 credit), Caption generation (1 credit), Hashtags (free).

AI Images: Standard (4 credits), Pro Mode (12 credits), Edit mode (3 credits).

AI Videos: 4-second (20 credits), 6-second (30 credits), 8-second (40 credits), Video extension (35 credits).

Wizard-specific costs:

• Blog Post: Titles (2), Outline (2), Content (6) = 10 credits total
• Social Post: Variations (2 credits)
• Carousel: Slides (3 credits)
• Newsletter: Outline (2), Content (4) = 6 credits total
• Whitepaper: Titles (2), Outline (2), Content (8) = 12 credits total
• Case Study: Solution (2), Narrative (2), Polish (6) = 10 credits total

View your credit balance: Top-right corner of any page shows remaining credits, Click balance to see detailed breakdown, Settings → Billing shows usage history and allocation details. Balance updates in real-time as you use credits.

Credits are allocated in batches with expiry dates: Monthly subscription credits (expire end of month), Purchased credit packs (expire 30 days after purchase unless specified), Bonus/promotional credits (expire per terms). Credits are consumed oldest-first (FIFO) to minimize expiration.

Audenci warns you when running low: Yellow warning at 20% remaining (e.g., 40/200 credits), Red alert at 10% remaining (e.g., 20/200 credits), Blocked operations at 0 credits (must purchase more). Plan ahead and purchase credits before running out.

Buy credit packs when needed: Go to Settings → Billing, Click 'Purchase Credits', Select pack size (100, 500, 1000, 5000 credits), Complete payment, Credits added immediately. Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase.

Audenci automatically refunds credits when: AI generation fails, Automation action fails, Job is cancelled before completion. Refunds are instant and credited back to your allocation. No manual refund requests needed.

Track credit usage in Settings → Billing → Usage History: Date and time of usage, Feature used (post generation, image generation, etc.), Credits consumed, User who triggered usage, Success/failure status. Export as CSV for detailed analysis.

• Use Standard image generation (4 credits) instead of Pro (12 credits) when quality is less critical
• Generate shorter videos (4s = 20 credits) for testing before full 8s videos (40 credits)
• Use content plan chat modifications sparingly (2 credits per updated post)
• Review AI-generated content before regenerating (avoid wasting credits on multiple attempts)
• Use Free features when possible: Hashtag generation, Manual content creation, Calendar planning

Enterprise plans have custom credit allocations with: Higher monthly limits, Never-expire credits (optional), Team credit quotas (coming soon), Usage reporting and analytics. Contact sales for custom credit packages.

• Monitor credit balance weekly
• Purchase credit packs before running out
• Use Standard quality for most AI images
• Test prompts with shorter videos before full length
• Review usage history to understand consumption patterns
• Upgrade plan if consistently running out of credits
• Train team on credit costs to promote efficient usage
