Keyboard Shortcuts Overview
Keyboard shortcuts dramatically speed up your workflow. Learn the most-used shortcuts first, then gradually add more. Press ? anywhere in Audenci to see all shortcuts for current page.
Global Shortcuts
- Cmd/Ctrl + K - Open command palette (search anything)
- Cmd/Ctrl + N - Create new post
- Cmd/Ctrl + / - Open AI chat assistant
- Cmd/Ctrl + , - Open Settings
- Cmd/Ctrl + S - Save (auto-saves anyway, but forces immediate save)
- Esc - Close modal or dialog
- ? - Show keyboard shortcuts for current page
Cmd/Ctrl + K (command palette) is the most powerful shortcut. Use it to navigate anywhere instantly.
Calendar Shortcuts
- T - Jump to Today
- ← → - Navigate previous/next day or week
- V - Cycle through views (Month/Week/Day)
- F - Focus search/filter
- N - Create new post
- R - Refresh calendar
- D - Duplicate selected post
Post Editor Shortcuts
- Cmd/Ctrl + B - Bold text
- Cmd/Ctrl + I - Italic text
- Cmd/Ctrl + U - Underline text
- Cmd/Ctrl + K - Insert link
- Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + X - Strikethrough
- Cmd/Ctrl + Enter - Save and close
- Tab - Indent (in lists)
- Shift + Tab - Outdent
Command Palette
Cmd/Ctrl + K opens command palette for quick access to: Create post, View analytics, Open calendar, Search posts, Switch brands, Navigate to any page, Access settings, Trigger AI actions. Start typing to filter commands. Press Enter to execute.

Quick Actions
Quick actions save clicks: Hover over post in calendar → Quick action buttons (Edit, Duplicate, Delete, View Analytics), Right-click post → Context menu, Drag and drop to reschedule, Shift + Click to select multiple, Cmd/Ctrl + Click for non-contiguous selection.
Bulk Operations
Speed up bulk tasks: Select multiple posts (checkboxes), Click 'Bulk Actions', Change status, Assign to campaign, Change category/pillar, Reschedule by offset, Delete all. Bulk operations 10x faster than individual edits.

Use filters before bulk operations to select the right posts. Example: Filter by status=DRAFT, then bulk change to IN_REVIEW.
Search & Filter Tips
Master search and filtering: Use quotes for exact match ('summer sale'), Use - to exclude terms (-draft), Filter by date with: after:2026-01-01, Combine filters: status:published platform:instagram, Save common filter combinations, Clear filters with X button.
Template Usage
Templates save repetitive work: Create post templates for recurring content, Create wizard templates for campaigns, Create document templates for briefs, Create report templates for analytics, Duplicate existing posts as templates. Templates 5x faster than starting from scratch.
Browser Extensions & Bookmarklets
Enhance Audenci with browser tools: Install Audenci bookmarklet (drag to bookmarks bar), Clip content from any page to Audenci, Screenshot tool (capture images for posts), Password manager (for secure login), Grammarly (spell check in editor, optional).
Automation for Repetitive Tasks
Automate repetitive workflows: Create automation for common tasks, Use AI to generate drafts (review before publishing), Schedule content plans weekly, Set up notification rules, Use webhooks for external integrations. Automation saves hours per week.
