Multi-Brand Management
Manage multiple brands within one organization with brand switching, cross-brand analytics, and team member brand access controls.
Multi-Brand Overview
Organizations can manage multiple brands (products, companies, clients) within one Audenci account. Each brand has: Separate social accounts, Separate content calendar, Separate media library, Separate analytics, Shared team members, Shared credit pool.

Creating Additional Brands
To create a new brand: Click brand selector in top-left, Click 'Create New Brand', Enter brand name and description, Upload brand logo (optional), Click 'Create Brand'. You're automatically switched to the new brand. Your team members gain access based on their role.
Brand limits by plan: Starter (2 brands), Growth (5 brands), Scale (15 brands), Enterprise (unlimited).
Brand Switching
Switch between brands using the brand selector in top-left corner. The current brand is highlighted. All content, analytics, and settings are brand-specific. Switching brands changes context instantly - you'll see that brand's data.
Brand-Specific Settings
Each brand has independent settings: Social accounts (different accounts per brand), Content categories and pillars, Brand voice and guidelines, Credit allocation (coming soon), Team member access (coming soon). Settings don't carry over between brands.
Cross-Brand Analytics
View analytics across all brands: Go to Analytics → All Brands view, See combined metrics for all brands, Compare brand performance side-by-side, Identify top-performing brands, Allocate resources based on performance. Useful for agencies managing multiple clients.

Use cross-brand analytics to benchmark similar brands (e.g., all B2B SaaS clients) and identify best practices to replicate.
Brand Access Control (Coming Soon)
Control which team members can access which brands: Assign members to specific brands, Set per-brand roles (Admin on Brand A, Creator on Brand B), Restrict sensitive brands to specific users. For now, all team members can access all brands based on organization role.
Brand Templates
Create brand templates for consistent setup: Define standard categories and pillars, Set default voice and guidelines, Configure typical social accounts, Upload brand asset templates. Apply template when creating new brands to save setup time.
Brand Archiving
Archive inactive brands to declutter workspace: Archived brands don't appear in brand selector, Data is preserved and can be viewed, Can be unarchived at any time, Doesn't count toward brand limit. Archive old clients or discontinued products.
Credit Allocation per Brand (Coming Soon)
Allocate credits to specific brands: Set monthly credit quota per brand, Track credit usage per brand, Prevent one brand from consuming all credits, Alert when brand approaches quota, Roll over unused credits to next month (optional).
