Organization & Billing Management
Manage organization settings, billing, invoices, payment methods, and subscription plans for enterprise accounts.
Organization Settings
Organization settings control account-wide configuration: Organization name and logo, Primary contact email, Timezone and locale, Currency, Industry, Company size. Access Settings → Organization (Owner/Admin only).
Subscription Plans
Audenci offers 4 subscription tiers: Starter ($49/mo) - Small teams, Growth ($149/mo) - Growing businesses, Scale ($399/mo) - Established companies, Enterprise (custom) - Large organizations. View plan comparison in Settings → Billing → Plans.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade: Go to Settings → Billing, Click 'Upgrade Plan', Select target plan, Review changes (limits, features, pricing), Enter payment info if needed, Confirm upgrade. Upgrade is immediate. Prorated charges apply for mid-cycle upgrades.
Upgrades are prorated. If you upgrade mid-month, you only pay the difference for remaining days.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade: Go to Settings → Billing, Click 'Change Plan', Select lower plan, Review limits (posts, credits, accounts), Confirm downgrade. Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle. No immediate change or prorated refund.
If current usage exceeds new plan limits, downgrade will fail. Reduce usage first (delete posts, disconnect accounts).
Payment Methods
Manage payment methods: Add/remove credit cards, Set default payment method, Update billing address, View payment history. Supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Enterprise: ACH/wire transfer, Purchase orders, Invoicing.
Invoices & Receipts
Access invoices: Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices, View all past invoices, Download as PDF, Email to accounting, Add VAT ID or tax info (for EU customers). Invoices include: Date and invoice number, Plan and add-ons, Credits purchased, Total amount, Payment method.
Usage Tracking
Monitor usage against limits: Posts created (vs plan limit), Credits consumed (vs monthly allocation), Social accounts connected (vs plan limit), Storage used (vs plan limit). Usage resets monthly on billing date. Set alerts at 80% and 90% of limits.

Credit Pack Purchases
Buy additional credits: Go to Settings → Billing → Credits, Select pack size (100-5000 credits), Complete payment, Credits added immediately. Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase. Enterprise: Never-expire credit allocations available.
Enterprise Billing
Enterprise billing features: Annual contracts (10-20% discount), Custom credit allocations, Invoicing (NET 30/60), Purchase orders, Multiple payment methods, Dedicated account manager. Contact sales@audenci.com for Enterprise.
Billing Alerts
Set up billing alerts: Payment failed (retry, update payment method), Credit balance low (<20% remaining), Plan limit approaching (80%, 90% of usage), Overage charges (exceeded plan limits), Renewal reminder (7 days before). Configure in Settings → Notifications → Billing.
Cancellation
To cancel subscription: Go to Settings → Billing, Click 'Cancel Subscription', Select cancellation reason, Confirm cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. Access remains until then. Export data before cancellation.
After cancellation, account becomes read-only. Export all data before subscription ends.
Best Practices
- Monitor usage weekly to avoid overages
- Set billing alerts for proactive management
- Update payment method before expiration
- Download invoices monthly for records
- Upgrade before hitting limits (not after)
- Review team size quarterly and adjust plan
- Contact sales for Enterprise pricing
- Export data before canceling subscription
