New User Onboarding
Onboard new users in 5 steps: Step 1 (Day 1): Complete account setup, Connect first social account, Create first post. Step 2 (Day 2-3): Explore Calendar, Use content wizards, Review analytics. Step 3 (Week 1): Plan content for week, Use AI assistant, Set up automations. Step 4 (Week 2): Collaborate with team, Use approval workflows, Create campaign. Step 5 (Month 1): Review analytics, Optimize strategy, Advanced features. Track completion in User Progress.
Role-Based Training Paths
Training paths by role: Content Creator: Post creation, Wizards, Media library, Basic analytics. Manager: Calendar planning, Team management, Approvals, Campaign tracking. Admin: Organization settings, Billing, User management, Integrations. Analyst: Advanced analytics, Reporting, Data export, API. Executive: Dashboard overview, ROI reporting, Strategy insights.
Assign role-specific training in first week. Don't overwhelm with features they won't use.
Tutorial Hub Usage
Tutorial Hub is primary training resource: 60+ tutorials across 10 categories, Searchable and filterable, Estimated completion time, Difficulty levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), Progress tracking, Bookmarks for later. Encourage team to: Complete Getting Started category (10 tutorials), Bookmark relevant tutorials for their role, Complete 1-2 tutorials per week.

Interactive Product Tours
Product tours guide users through features: Calendar tour (scheduling, views, filters), Post creation tour (wizards, AI, publishing), Analytics tour (metrics, reports, insights), Team tour (roles, approvals, collaboration). Tours auto-trigger for new users. Can be replayed anytime from Help menu.
Video Tutorials (Coming Soon)
Video tutorials for visual learners: Screen recordings with voiceover, 5-15 minute videos per feature, Embedded in Tutorial Hub, Closed captions for accessibility, Downloadable for offline viewing, Available in: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German (coming soon).
Live Training Webinars
Monthly webinars for Enterprise customers: Onboarding for new customers (custom scheduled), Feature deep-dives (monthly), Q&A sessions (quarterly), Best practices sharing (quarterly). Recorded and available in Help Center. Request custom training session via account manager.
Certification Program (Coming Soon)
Audenci Certification Paths: Certified Content Creator (beginner), Certified Social Media Manager (intermediate), Certified Marketing Strategist (advanced), Certified Administrator (admin/IT). Certification includes: Course modules, Skill assessments, Final exam, Digital badge, Certificate. Valid for 1 year, recertification required.

Building Internal Training
