Zapier & Make.com Integration
Connect Audenci to 5,000+ apps using Zapier or Make.com for custom automations, CRM sync, data warehousing, and cross-tool workflows.
No-Code Integration Overview
Zapier and Make.com integrations are on our roadmap and will be available in a future update. The information below describes planned functionality.
Connect Audenci to 5,000+ apps without coding using: Zapier (most popular, easiest), Make.com (more powerful, complex scenarios). Use cases: Sync to CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Add rows to Google Sheets, Send to data warehouse, Create tasks in project management tools, Custom notifications to any channel.

Zapier Integration Setup
Connect Audenci to Zapier: Go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier, Click 'Connect to Zapier', Create Zapier account (free tier available), Search for Audenci app in Zapier, Authorize connection with API key, Start creating Zaps.
Zapier free tier allows 100 tasks/month across 5 Zaps. Upgrade to paid plan for more tasks and Zaps.
Available Zapier Triggers
- New Post Created - When any post is created
- Post Published - When post goes live
- Post Failed - When publishing fails
- Campaign Started - When campaign begins
- Campaign Ended - When campaign ends
- Comment Received - When you get a comment
- Follower Milestone Reached - When follower count hits target
Triggers initiate Zaps. For example, 'Post Published' trigger can start a workflow that logs the post to your CRM.
Available Zapier Actions
- Create Post - Create new post in Audenci
- Update Post - Modify existing post
- Schedule Post - Set post to publish at specific time
- Create Campaign - Create new campaign
- Add Post to Campaign - Assign post to campaign
- Find Post - Search for post by ID or other criteria
Actions are what Zapier does in Audenci. For example, when a new row is added to Google Sheets, 'Create Post' action creates a draft post.
Example Zap 1: CRM Sync
Sync published posts to Salesforce: Trigger: Post Published in Audenci, Action: Create Activity record in Salesforce, Map fields: Post caption → Activity Description, Post URL → Activity URL, Platform → Custom Field. This gives your sales team visibility into marketing activities.
Example Zap 2: Content from Sheets
Bulk create posts from Google Sheets: Trigger: New row added to Google Sheet, Action: Create Post in Audenci, Map columns: Caption column → Post caption, Date column → Scheduled date, Platform column → Target platform. Great for planning content in spreadsheets and auto-creating posts.
Example Zap 3: Slack Alerts
Custom Slack alerts for important posts: Trigger: Post Published with Tag = 'Important', Action: Send Slack message to #leadership channel, Include: Post preview, Platform links, Performance prediction. Alert executives immediately when critical posts go live.
Make.com Integration
Make.com (formerly Integromat) offers more powerful scenarios: Multi-step workflows with branching, Data transformation and filtering, Error handling and retry logic, Scheduled scenarios (cron), Bulk operations, Visual workflow builder. More complex but more powerful than Zapier.
Use Zapier for simple automations. Use Make.com for complex, multi-step scenarios with conditional logic.
Make.com Modules
Audenci modules in Make.com: Watch Posts (trigger on new/updated posts), Create Post, Update Post, Delete Post, Get Post, Search Posts, List Campaigns, Webhooks (custom triggers). Combine with 1,000+ other app modules for powerful workflows.
Example Make.com Scenario
Advanced content workflow: Step 1: Watch Posts (trigger when post is created), Step 2: Router (branch based on category), Branch A (if category = 'Blog'): Generate image via DALL-E API, Attach to post, Branch B (if category = 'Social'): Get AI caption suggestions, Add to post metadata, Step 3: Update post with generated content. This scenario automates content enhancement based on type.
Data Warehousing
Send social data to data warehouse: Trigger: Post Published, Actions: Send to BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift, Include: Post data, engagement metrics, campaign info. Combine social data with other business data for advanced analytics and BI dashboards.
Best Practices
- Start with simple Zaps, add complexity gradually
- Test Zaps thoroughly before enabling
- Use filters to prevent unnecessary task consumption
- Monitor Zap execution logs for errors
- Document your Zaps and scenarios
- Use consistent naming for fields across integrations
- Set up error notifications
- Review and optimize Zaps monthly
