AI Chat & Conversation Management
Master the AI chat interface to generate content, get insights, and automate tasks using natural language commands and file attachments.
AI Chat Interface
The AI Chat interface is your command center for interacting with Audenci's AI. Access it from any page by clicking the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner or using keyboard shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + K.
Chat Panel Options
The chat is available in two modes: Desktop Panel (resizable sidebar that stays open), and Mobile Drawer (full-screen overlay for mobile devices). Panel width is automatically saved to localStorage.

On desktop, resize the chat panel by dragging the left edge. Your preferred width will be remembered across sessions.
Starting a Conversation
Each conversation has a title (auto-generated or custom) and timestamp. You can have multiple conversations and switch between them. The AI maintains context within each conversation.
- Click the chat icon or press Cmd/Ctrl + K
- Start typing your message or question
- Press Enter or click Send
- AI streams response in real-time
- Continue the conversation with follow-up questions
Natural Language Commands
The AI understands natural language commands. You don't need to memorize syntax - just describe what you want in plain English.
- 'Create an Instagram post about summer sales'
- 'Show me analytics for last week'
- 'Generate 10 blog topic ideas about AI marketing'
- 'What's the best time to post on LinkedIn?'
- 'Schedule a post for tomorrow at 2pm'
- 'Create a content plan for next month'
File Attachments
Upload images and videos to the chat for AI analysis, editing, or inclusion in posts. The AI can: Analyze image content, Generate captions for images, Create variations of images, Extract text from images, Suggest improvements.
Click the paperclip icon or drag and drop files into the chat. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, MOV.
Entity References
Drag and drop posts, campaigns, products, or documents from your workspace into the chat to provide context to the AI. The AI can then reference that content in responses and actions.
Example: Drag a post into chat and say 'Create 3 similar posts for next week'. The AI will generate posts matching the style and topic.
Message Streaming
AI responses stream in real-time using Server-Sent Events (SSE), so you see the answer as it's generated. This provides faster perceived response times and better user experience.
Conversation History
All conversations are saved automatically with full history. You can: View past conversations, Continue previous conversations, Search conversations by content, Delete conversations you no longer need.
Use conversations as project workspaces. Create a conversation for each campaign or content project to keep context organized.
UI Blocks & Rich Responses
The AI can return rich UI blocks in responses, not just text. These include: Interactive cards with actions, Form inputs for collecting information, Data tables and charts, Post previews with edit options, Calendar views.

Skill-Based Context
When you're on specific pages (Calendar, Posts, Analytics), the chat enters a 'skill mode' with specialized capabilities for that context. The AI knows what page you're on and tailors responses accordingly.
Credit Costs
Chat messages cost 1 credit per send. This covers the AI processing and response generation. Complex actions (like generating a full blog post) may consume additional credits for the specific action.
Simple questions and requests don't consume additional credits beyond the base 1 credit chat cost.
Best Practices
- Be specific in your requests for better results
- Use conversations as project workspaces
- Attach files and drag entities to provide context
- Follow up with clarifying questions if needed
- Review AI suggestions before applying them
- Save important conversations for future reference
