AI Comment Management Overview
AI-powered comment management helps you engage with your audience at scale. Features include: Sentiment analysis, Priority scoring, Suggested replies, Spam detection, Automated responses, Category detection.
Comment Fetching
AI fetches recent comments from published posts: Cost: 1 credit per fetch, Returns up to 100 comments, Includes: author, text, timestamp, platform, Filters out spam and low-quality comments.
Comments are synced automatically via cron, but you can trigger manual fetch for real-time analysis.
Sentiment Analysis
AI analyzes comment sentiment: Positive (compliments, praise, excitement), Negative (complaints, criticism, anger), Neutral (questions, information), Mixed (both positive and negative). Sentiment helps prioritize which comments need immediate response.
Comment Categories
AI automatically categorizes comments: Questions (need answers), Compliments (positive feedback), Complaints (issues to resolve), Suggestions (feature requests, ideas), Mentions (tagged or mentioned your brand), Spam (irrelevant, promotional). Filter by category to focus your engagement.
Respond to questions and complaints first - they have the highest impact on customer satisfaction and engagement.
Priority Scoring
AI assigns priority scores (1-10) based on: Sentiment (negative = higher priority), Author influence (followers, engagement), Comment engagement (likes on the comment), Recency (newer = higher priority), Brand mention (tagged = higher priority). Sort by priority to focus on important comments first.
AI Reply Suggestions
Generate AI reply suggestions for any comment: Cost: 1 credit per suggestion set, Returns 3 reply variations, Tailored to comment sentiment and category, Matches your brand voice, Includes emoji if configured. Review and edit before sending.

Automated Responses
Automated comment responses are on our roadmap and will be available in a future update. Manual AI-suggested replies are available now.
Set up automated responses for common scenarios: Thank you for compliments (auto-like and reply), FAQ auto-responses (answer common questions), Spam detection and hide, DM redirect for complaints (move to private message), After-hours auto-reply (respond during business hours). Cost: 1 credit per automated reply.
Use automation carefully - over-automation can feel impersonal. Reserve for simple, high-volume scenarios.
Spam Filtering
AI detects and filters spam comments: Promotional spam (buy now, click here), Bot comments (generic praise, emoji-only), Offensive content (profanity, hate speech), Irrelevant comments (off-topic). Automatically hide or delete spam to keep comments clean.
Relevance Analysis
AI determines comment relevance to your post: Highly relevant (on-topic, adds value), Somewhat relevant (related but tangential), Not relevant (off-topic, spam). Cost: 1 credit per 3 posts analyzed. Focus on highly relevant comments for engagement.
Engagement Metrics
Track comment engagement performance: Response rate (% of comments replied to), Response time (average time to reply), Sentiment distribution (positive/negative/neutral %), Category breakdown, Top commenters (most active users). Use metrics to improve engagement strategy.
