Analytics & Intelligence Bots
Understand how the Performance and Social Listening bots generate analytics, track metrics, and produce actionable intelligence reports that drive your AI Team's strategy.
Performance Bot
The Performance bot is the only bot that's always included in every AI Team. It serves as your central analytics engine — monitoring all marketing metrics, detecting anomalies, and generating performance reports that inform the Orchestrator's strategy.
What It Tracks
- Engagement metrics — Likes, comments, shares, saves, and click-through rates across all platforms
- Audience growth — Follower counts, follow/unfollow trends, and audience demographics
- Content performance — Which posts, formats, and topics perform best
- Publishing consistency — Posting frequency and optimal timing analysis
- Campaign ROI — Return on investment for ad campaigns and influencer partnerships
Anomaly Detection
The Performance bot continuously monitors your metrics for unusual patterns. It alerts you to both positive anomalies (a post going viral, sudden follower spike) and negative ones (engagement drop, unusual unfollow rate). These alerts appear in the Overview > Insights sub-tab.
The Performance bot's data directly feeds the Orchestrator's Optimization phase. When it detects that certain content types perform well, the Orchestrator adjusts strategy to create more of what works.
Social Listener Intelligence
While the Performance bot focuses on your own metrics, the Social Listening bot provides external intelligence — what's happening in your market, what competitors are doing, and how your brand is perceived.
Competitive Analysis
- Competitor content tracking — What competitors are posting and their engagement levels
- Market positioning — How your brand compares in share of voice and sentiment
- Gap analysis — Topics competitors cover that you don't (and vice versa)
- Trend adoption — How quickly competitors jump on trends vs. your response time
Sentiment Tracking
The Social Listening bot categorizes mentions and conversations as positive, negative, or neutral. It tracks sentiment trends over time, helping you understand how brand perception changes in response to your marketing activities.
Use Social Listening sentiment data to validate your content strategy. If sentiment improves after adopting a new content approach, the Orchestrator will reinforce that strategy in future cycles.
Insight Reports
The Orchestrator synthesizes data from all bots — not just analytics bots — into comprehensive insight reports. These reports go beyond raw numbers to provide actionable intelligence.
Types of Insights
- Performance insights — "Your video content gets 3x more engagement than image posts on Instagram"
- Timing insights — "Posts published between 10-11am on Tuesdays get the highest engagement"
- Audience insights — "Your fastest-growing audience segment is professionals aged 25-34"
- Competitive insights — "Competitor X increased posting frequency by 40% this week, focusing on [topic]"
- Opportunity insights — "Rising interest in [topic] detected — no competitors are creating content about it yet"
Insights are automatically generated during the Optimization phase and are accessible in the Overview > Insights sub-tab.
Reading Bot Reports
Every time a bot completes its work during a cycle, it submits an Execution Report. Understanding these reports helps you monitor your team's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Report Structure
- Summary — A brief overview of what the bot accomplished in this cycle
- Actions Taken — Specific tasks completed (posts created, comments drafted, leads scored, etc.)
- Metrics — Quantitative results (number of items processed, scores assigned, content pieces generated)
- Signals Sent — Cross-bot signals created for other bots to consume
- Issues — Any errors, rate limits, or obstacles encountered during execution
Bot reports are visible in the Activity sub-tab within the Overview tab. Each cycle group contains the reports from all bots that participated in that cycle.
Pay special attention to the "Issues" section. Recurring issues (like rate limits or authentication errors) indicate configuration problems that need your attention.
Using Insights to Improve
Insights are most valuable when they lead to action. Here's how to use the intelligence your AI Team generates to continuously improve results:
Automatic Improvement
The Orchestrator automatically incorporates insights into future strategy cycles. If the Performance bot reports that carousel posts outperform single images, the Orchestrator will direct Content Gen to create more carousels — no manual intervention needed.
Manual Optimization
While the Orchestrator handles automated optimization, you can amplify results by:
- Reviewing insights weekly and updating your brand context with new learnings
- Adjusting marketing goals based on what's working (Settings tab > Marketing Goals)
- Fine-tuning bot configurations when you notice patterns the AI hasn't picked up yet
- Adjusting cycle intervals — increase creation frequency during high-performing periods
- Updating content pillars to focus on topics that resonate most with your audience
Set a weekly 15-minute review session to check the Overview > Insights and Analytics sub-tabs. This small investment helps you guide the AI Team's strategy and catch opportunities the automated system might miss.
