AI Team Quick Start
Get your AI-powered marketing team up and running in minutes. Learn how 13 specialized bots work together to automate content creation, engagement, and growth.
What is the AI Team?
The AI Team is your autonomous marketing department. It consists of a smart Orchestrator that coordinates 13 specialized AI bots — each handling a different aspect of your marketing strategy, from content creation and social engagement to lead scoring and competitor analysis.
Think of the Orchestrator as your marketing manager. It decides what needs to happen, assigns tasks to the right bots, and continuously learns from the results to improve your strategy.
Here's what makes the AI Team powerful:
- Smart Orchestrator — An AI brain with 47 tools that plans strategy, dispatches tasks, and adapts based on results
- 13 Specialized Bots — Each expert in its domain, organized into four categories
- Runs 24/7 — Six automated cycle types (Strategy, Creation, Engagement, Review, Optimization, Supervision) keep your marketing active around the clock
- Cross-Bot Intelligence — Bots share signals with each other so a trending topic discovered by one bot instantly informs content created by another
- Always Learning — The Orchestrator analyzes performance data after every cycle and refines its strategy over time
- Human in the Loop — A review system lets you approve, edit, or reject AI-generated content before it goes live
Your 13 AI Bots
Each bot is a specialist. Together they cover every aspect of a modern marketing operation:
Content Creation
- Content Gen — Auto-generates posts, blogs, carousels, and reels tailored to your brand voice
- AI Clone — Analyzes viral TikTok content and creates original versions adapted for your brand
- SEO & Blog — Researches keywords, generates blog posts, and tracks search rankings
Engagement
- AI Comment — Monitors and auto-replies to comments with on-brand, AI-generated responses
- Auto DM — Sends personalized direct messages to prospects and followers based on triggers
- Follow-Up — Manages automated email sequences to nurture leads through your funnel
Growth & Outreach
- Ad Campaign — Generates ad creatives, suggests targeting, and tracks campaign performance
- Influencer — Discovers relevant creators, manages outreach, and tracks collaboration results
- Lead Scoring — Scores and ranks leads based on engagement signals to prioritize outreach
Intelligence
- Trend Discovery — Finds trending topics, hashtags, and conversations relevant to your brand
- Social Listening — Monitors brand mentions, sentiment, and competitor activity across platforms
- Retention — Analyzes customer engagement, predicts churn risk, and suggests re-engagement strategies
- Performance — Always included. Monitors all metrics, detects anomalies, and generates reports that drive the Orchestrator's strategy
You don't need all 13 bots to get started. A great starter set is Content Gen + Trend Discovery + AI Comment + Performance. You can add more bots anytime as your needs grow.
Accessing the AI Team
To access the AI Team feature, click on "AI Team" in the left sidebar of your dashboard. If you have multiple brands, make sure you've selected the right brand first.
- Log in to Audenci and navigate to your dashboard
- Click "AI Team" in the left sidebar
- If this is your first time, you'll see the team creation wizard
- If you already have a team, you'll see your team dashboard with the side panel
The AI Team feature requires at least one connected social account and one product/service defined in your brand settings.
Creating Your First Team
The onboarding wizard guides you through 7 steps to set up your AI Team. Don't worry — you can always adjust settings later.
Step 1: Welcome
The welcome screen introduces the AI Team concept and its four pillars: Smart Orchestrator, 13 Specialized Bots, 24/7 operation, and continuous learning. Click "Let's Build Your Team" to get started.
Step 2: Brand Foundation
Connect your social media accounts and define your products or services. The AI Team needs this context to create relevant marketing content. You need at least one social account and one product to proceed. You can also optionally set your brand voice (tone and voice guidelines) to help bots create more on-brand content.
The more products and social accounts you connect, the more effectively your AI Team can work across platforms and promote your offerings.
Step 3: Marketing Goals
Select your marketing objectives. The wizard uses these goals to recommend which bots you should include in your team. Available goals include:
- Grow Audience — Expand your reach and follower base
- Generate Leads — Identify and qualify potential customers
- Increase Engagement — Boost likes, comments, and shares
- Drive Sales — Convert followers into customers
- Brand Awareness — Build recognition and visibility
- Content at Scale — Produce high-volume, quality content
- Monitor Competition — Track competitor strategies and trends
- Retain Customers — Keep existing customers engaged
- Influencer Partnerships — Discover and collaborate with creators
- Paid Advertising — Run and optimize ad campaigns
Step 4: Build Your Team
Select which AI bots to include. Based on your goals, certain bots are marked as "Recommended." The Performance bot is always included. You need at least 2 bots total. Bots are organized into four categories:
- Content Creation — Content Gen, AI Clone, SEO & Blog
- Engagement — AI Comment, Auto DM, Follow-Up
- Growth & Outreach — Ad Campaign, Influencer, Lead Scoring
- Intelligence — Trend Discovery, Social Listening, Retention, Performance
Step 5: Configure Bots
Fine-tune each selected bot's settings. This includes platform-specific configuration, content preferences, and behavioral parameters. Default settings work well for most users.
Step 6: Team Settings
Set your team's identity and behavior:
- Team Name — Give your team a memorable name
- Team Description — Optional description for reference
- Avatar Color — Choose from 8 color options
- Automation Level — Conservative (review everything), Balanced (recommended), or Aggressive (full automation)
- Max Credits Per Day — Set a daily budget limit (10-500 credits) or choose Unlimited
- Team Strategy — Optionally describe your marketing strategy, or let the Orchestrator develop its own
- Cycle Intervals — Advanced setting to control how often each cycle type runs (Strategy, Creation, Engagement, Review, Optimization, Supervision)
We recommend starting with "Balanced" automation level. It auto-handles routine tasks while flagging important decisions for your review. Conservative reviews everything; Aggressive gives your team full autonomy.
Step 7: Review & Launch
Review all your settings — team name, selected goals, chosen bots, automation level, and credit limits. When everything looks good, click "Launch Your AI Team" to activate.
Your First Cycle
Once your team is launched, the Orchestrator begins running automated cycles. Each cycle follows five phases:
- Strategy — The Orchestrator analyzes your brand context, past performance, and current trends to set priorities
- Creation — Content bots generate posts, articles, and media based on the strategy
- Engagement — Engagement bots respond to comments, send DMs, and interact with your audience
- Review — Generated content and actions are queued for your approval (based on automation level)
- Optimization — The Orchestrator analyzes results and adjusts strategy for the next cycle
Cycles run automatically based on your configured intervals. The Supervision cycle (default: every 15 minutes) checks on bot health and stuck processes.
You don't need to do anything for cycles to run. The Orchestrator works autonomously. Just check in periodically to review and approve pending items.
Reviewing Results
After your first cycle completes, you can review results in the AI Team side panel:
- Overview Tab — See team activity, analytics, active strategies, goals, and insights across five sub-tabs (Activity, Analytics, Strategies, Goals, Insights)
- Review Tab — Approve, reject, edit, publish, or schedule pending content and engagement actions. Filter by type: Posts, Comments, DMs, Emails, Ads, SEO
- Calendar Tab — View scheduled content on a visual calendar with month, week, day, and list views. Filter by bot type and status
- Bots Tab — Monitor individual bot status, start/stop bots, and manage bot configurations
- Intelligence Tab — View team activities and system health monitoring. Admins also have access to Team Memory
- Settings Tab — Adjust team name, marketing goals, credit limits, cycle intervals, and enable/disable the team
Check the Review tab regularly, especially when starting out. This ensures your AI Team's output aligns with your brand voice before publishing.
