Enterprise reporting features: Executive dashboards, Scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly), Custom KPI tracking, Data warehouse integration, BI tool connections (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), White-label reports (coming soon). Enterprise accounts get unlimited custom reports and exports.
Executive Dashboard
Create executive-level dashboard: High-level KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI), Trend indicators (week-over-week, month-over-month), Top performers (posts, campaigns, platforms), Goal progress tracking, Budget utilization, Team performance. Dashboard updates daily, viewable by executives without logging into Audenci.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Track essential KPIs: Reach (unique users), Engagement rate (engagement/reach), Follower growth rate, Content velocity (posts per week), Response time (hours to respond), Cost per engagement (budget/engagement), ROI (revenue/cost), Sentiment score (positive/negative ratio). Set targets for each KPI and track progress.
Focus on 5-7 KPIs max. Too many KPIs dilute focus and make reporting complex.
Scheduled Reports
Automate report delivery: Daily snapshot (yesterday's metrics), Weekly summary (Mon-Sun performance), Monthly deep-dive (full month analysis), Quarterly business review (strategic insights). Recipients: Leadership team, Marketing team, Stakeholders, Clients (agencies). Format: PDF (formatted), CSV (raw data), Both. Delivery: Email, Slack, API webhook.
Custom Report Builder
Build custom reports with drag-and-drop: Select metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.), Choose visualizations (line, bar, pie, table), Set filters (date range, platform, campaign), Add sections (executive summary, details, recommendations), Brand with logo and colors, Save as template for reuse. Custom reports available Enterprise only.

Data Warehouse Integration
Send Audenci data to data warehouse: Supported: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Sync frequency: Real-time, Hourly, Daily, Data included: Posts, Analytics, Campaigns, Team activity, Social accounts. Combine social data with: CRM data (Salesforce), Website analytics (GA4), Ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads), Revenue data (ecommerce platform).
Data warehouse integration requires Enterprise plan. Contact sales to set up.
BI Tool Connections
Connect BI tools to Audenci: Tableau (REST API connector), Power BI (Web connector), Looker (BigQuery via data warehouse), Metabase (PostgreSQL replica), Domo (API connector). Attribution Reporting
Track full customer journey attribution: First touch (awareness), Middle touches (consideration), Last touch (conversion), Multi-touch attribution models, Revenue attribution by post/campaign, Assisted conversions. Requires: UTM parameters, GA4 integration, Conversion tracking setup. Calculate true ROI including assisted conversions.
Cross-Channel Reporting
Compare social to other channels: Social media vs paid ads vs SEO vs email, Cost per acquisition by channel, Revenue by channel, Conversion rate by channel, Budget allocation recommendations. Unified view helps optimize marketing mix and budget allocation.
