Creating & Managing Campaigns
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns with multi-platform coordination, budget tracking, and performance analytics.
Campaign Overview
Campaigns help you organize content around specific goals, events, or initiatives. Track performance, coordinate multi-platform posts, and measure ROI all in one place.

Creating a Campaign
Use the Campaign Wizard to create comprehensive campaigns with: Name and description, Start and end dates, Goals and KPIs, Budget allocation, Target platforms, Products to promote, Landing URL for conversions.
- Click 'New Campaign' from Campaigns page
- Enter campaign name and description
- Set start and end dates
- Select campaign goals
- Set budget and currency
- Choose target platforms
- Add products to promote
- Select campaign color for visual identification
- Click 'Create Campaign'
Campaign Goals
Select predefined goals or create custom ones:
- Brand Awareness - Increase visibility and reach
- Lead Generation - Capture contact information
- Sales/Conversions - Drive purchases
- Engagement - Boost interactions and community
- Traffic - Increase website visits
- App Installs - Drive mobile app downloads
- Video Views - Maximize video reach
- Custom Goal - Define your own objective
Select 1-3 primary goals. Too many goals dilute focus and make ROI measurement difficult.
Budget Tracking
Set total campaign budget in 7 supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, VND, JPY, AUD, CAD. Track spending across: Content creation costs, Paid promotion spend, Influencer payments, Tool and resource costs.
Audenci tracks budget utilization but doesn't automatically deduct costs - you manually log expenses as they occur.
Multi-Platform Campaigns
Select target platforms for your campaign: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Coordinate content across platforms with consistent messaging and timing.
Campaign-tagged posts appear in campaign-filtered analytics, making cross-platform performance easy to measure.
Product Association
Link products to campaigns to: Track product-specific performance, Calculate ROI per product, Measure attribution, Generate product-focused content. You can add existing products or create custom product entries.
Promo Codes & Landing URLs
Add campaign-specific promo codes for tracking conversions and discount URLs. Set a landing URL where users should be directed - all campaign posts can reference this URL automatically.
Campaign Colors
Assign a color to each campaign for visual identification: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Orange, Pink, Gray. Posts tagged with the campaign show a colored dot in the calendar and post lists.
Adding Posts to Campaigns
Three ways to add posts to campaigns: During post creation (select campaign from dropdown), From campaign detail page (click 'Add Posts'), Bulk operations (select multiple posts, assign to campaign).
Campaign Analytics
View campaign-specific analytics from the Analytics Dashboard by filtering by campaign. See: Total posts in campaign, Combined reach and impressions, Total engagement, Average engagement rate, Platform breakdown, Best performing posts.
Compare campaign analytics to non-campaign posts to measure campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Status
Campaigns have three statuses: Active (currently running), Scheduled (starting in the future), Completed (end date has passed). Filter campaign list by status for easier organization.
Campaign Collaboration
Teams can collaborate on campaigns: Assign campaign managers, Share campaign briefs and documents, Track approval workflows for campaign posts, Comment and communicate within campaign.
ROI Calculation
Calculate campaign ROI using: Total budget (cost), Conversions tracked via landing URL, Revenue generated (if products linked), Engagement value (reach × engagement rate). ROI = (Revenue - Cost) / Cost × 100%.
Campaign Reporting
Generate campaign reports with: Executive summary, Goals and KPIs, Performance metrics, Top performing posts, Budget utilization, Platform breakdown, Recommendations for future campaigns.
Export reports as PDF for stakeholder presentations or client deliverables.
