Outline Generation

Review and customize the outline before content generation. A well-structured outline ensures logical flow and engagement.
Content Generation

- Preview text (appears in inbox preview)
- Header with branding
- Introduction and main content sections
- Clear call-to-action
- Footer with contact and unsubscribe
Email Best Practices
- Keep subject lines under 50 characters for mobile
- Write compelling preview text (40-80 characters)
- Use clear section headings for scannability
- Include one primary call-to-action
- Add alt text to all images
- Test rendering on multiple email clients
- Include plain text version for accessibility
Scheduling & Sending
After finalizing your newsletter, schedule it for your preferred send time. Consider timezone differences for global audiences and historical open rate data to optimize timing.
Tuesday through Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM in the recipient's timezone typically have the highest open rates for B2B emails.
