Complete guide to setting up your Audenci account, understanding the onboarding wizard, and configuring your workspace.
Overview
Setting up your Audenci account correctly ensures you get the most out of the platform. This guide walks you through every step of account creation and initial configuration.
The entire onboarding process takes about 10-15 minutes, but you can save progress and return anytime.
Creating Your Account
Sign Up Methods
Audenci offers two secure sign-up methods:
- Google OAuth - Fastest option, uses your existing Google account
- Email Magic Link - Passwordless authentication via email
Google Sign Up (Recommended)
- Visit audenci.com and click 'Get Started'
- Click 'Continue with Google'
- Select your Google account
- Grant permissions for basic profile info
- You'll be redirected to the onboarding wizard
Email Magic Link Sign Up
- Visit audenci.com and click 'Get Started'
- Enter your email address
- Click 'Send Magic Link'
- Check your email inbox
- Click the verification link (valid for 10 minutes)
- You'll be automatically logged in
If you don't receive the magic link within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or try again.
The 5-Step Onboarding Wizard
After account creation, you'll go through a guided 5-step wizard to set up your brand. Each step is important but optional - you can skip and complete later.
Step 1: Business Type
- Business type (Company, Personal Brand, Agency, etc.)
- Industry category
- This helps us customize your experience
Step 2: Brand Identity
- Company/Brand name
- Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
- Recommended size: 512x512px or larger
- Enter a tagline or brand motto (optional)
- Write a brief brand description (3-5 sentences)
Your brand description helps AI understand your business and generate more relevant content. Be specific about what you do and who you serve.
Step 3: Target Audience
Define who you're creating content for:
- Demographics (age range, location, interests)
- Pain points and challenges your audience faces
- Goals your audience wants to achieve
- Preferred content formats and platforms
Step 4: Content Strategy
Set up your content pillars - the 3-5 main themes you'll post about:
- Product updates and features
- Industry news and insights
- Customer success stories
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Educational tips and how-tos
Content pillars help maintain a balanced content strategy and give AI context for content generation.
Step 5: Review & Launch
Review your selections and click 'Launch Brand'. You'll be taken to your dashboard!
After completing the wizard, you can connect social accounts from the Social Accounts page and add products/services from Brand Hub > Offerings.
Understanding Your Dashboard
After onboarding, you'll land on your main dashboard. Here's what you'll see:

Quick Actions
Large buttons at the top for common tasks:
- Create Post - Opens post editor
- View Calendar - See your content calendar
- New Campaign - Create a marketing campaign
- Connect Account - Add social platforms
- View Analytics - See your performance metrics
- Brand Hub - Manage your brand settings
AI-Powered Actions
Access AI tools for content creation:
- Plan with AI - Generate content calendar using AI
- Generate Image - AI image creation
- Generate Video - AI video creation
Recent Activity
See your latest posts, scheduled content, and AI interactions.
Left Sidebar Navigation
Main navigation items:
- Home - Dashboard overview
- Calendar - Content calendar view
- Posts - All your posts
- Media Library - Manage assets
- Campaigns - Campaign management
- Analytics - Performance metrics
- Social Accounts - Platform connections
- Inbox - Messages and comments
- Documents - Create and manage documents

Top Navigation Bar
- Organization switcher (if you have multiple)

AI Assistant (Right Sidebar)
The AI Assistant is accessible from the right sidebar. Click the chat icon in the right toolbar to open the AI panel for help with content creation and questions.
Initial Configuration Tips

Profile Settings
Visit Settings > Profile to update:
- Your name and email
- Profile photo
- Notification preferences
- Language and timezone
Brand Settings
Access Brand Hub from the sidebar to refine:
- Brand identity (logo, colors, fonts)
- Voice and tone guidelines
- Content pillars
- Products and offerings
Billing Setup
All new accounts start with free credits. To upgrade:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Choose a plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale)
- Add payment method
- Confirm subscription
Start with the free trial to explore all features before committing to a paid plan.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Problem: Magic Link Not Received
Solutions:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait 2-3 minutes (email can be delayed)
- Ensure you entered the correct email
- Try requesting a new link
- Use Google sign-up as alternative
Problem: Google OAuth Error
Solutions:
- Clear browser cookies and cache
- Try a different browser
- Ensure pop-ups are not blocked
- Check if you're using a work email with restrictions
Problem: Onboarding Wizard Stuck
Solutions:
- Refresh the page (progress is auto-saved)
- Skip problematic steps and complete later
- Check internet connection
- Try a different browser
